Authorized Parking Only Ltd. is providing the parking control duties for YCC224.

You can register your guest vehicle by computer on-line at www.ezpermit.ca or by calling 416-855-4772 or 416-231-9191, and by following the telephone instructions you can leave your guest’s vehicle information and prevent the ticketing of your guests vehicle.

If your guest will be staying longer than 2 consecutive nights, you can obtain special consideration via email (parking@ycc224.com) please make your request at least 48 hours in advance.

The EZpermit system will monitor the number and frequency of visitor registrations and automatically suspend registration privileges when the limits are exceeded. Management has set this limit at a total of 6 registrations per unit in any given 30 day period. There is a maximum of 2 consecutive days. Please advise Management if you have any special needs that may require a higher number.

Authorized Parking Only Ltd. provides telephone customer support Monday to Friday 9:30am-4:45pm to assist in registrations and answer any questions you may have in regards to EZpemrit, The Friends & Family program or parking procedures in general.

  1. Residents must always park in their designated parking area, NOT VISITOR PARKING.
  2. Guest vehicles must be authorized by a EZpermit Registration between the hours of 2am and 7am and park only in the visitor area.

Vehicles will be ticketed if authorization procedures are not followed.

UNPLATED VEHICLES and VEHICLES DISPLAYING EXPIRED STICKERS AND VEHICLES PARKED IN NO PARKING ZONES, FIRE ROUTES OR ANY UNDESIGNATED AREAS will be TICKETED AND/OR TOWED AWAY without further notice.
